AMD Ryzen 5 7600X to szybki procesor desktopowy klasy średniej z serii Raphael. Oferuje 6 rdzeni opartych na architekturze Zen 4, która obsługuje hyperthreading (12 wątków). Rdzenie pracują z częstotliwością od 4,7 (bazowa) do 5,7 GHz (boost dla jednego rdzenia). Gdy wszystkie 6 rdzeni jest w pełni obciążonych, maksymalne taktowanie wynosi 5,3 GHz.
Wydajność R5 7600X jest znacznie lepsza od poprzedniego Ryzena 5 5600X dzięki ulepszonej architekturze i nowoczesnemu procesowi 5nm. Wydajność pojedynczego rdzenia jest bardzo dobra dzięki wysokiemu taktowaniu turbo (-400 MHz w porównaniu z procesorami z wyższej półki jak Ryzen 9 7950X). Wydajność wielowątkowa nie jest oczywiście zbyt konkurencyjna ze względu na 6 rdzeni.
Seria Raphael nadal wykorzystuje konstrukcję chipletową z dwoma klastrami CCD (każdy z 8 możliwymi rdzeniami) w 5nm i IO-die (w tym kontroler pamięci i Radeon Graphics iGPU) w 6nm.
R5 7600X ma TDP na poziomie 105 W, a Raphael w porównaniu z serią 5000 jest raczej głodny energii.
