The Asus VivoBook 15 strikes a nice balance between price, its premium design, and its highly portable design while delivering strong all-round performance and good connectivity without being too expensive. The battery life won’t break any records, and the screen would be better and brighter, but it’s still a respectable laptop with 1080p resolution and a capable Intel ‘Tiger Lake’ processor. If I were in a rush and needed a so-called reliable laptop to perform a few quick deeds, this would certainly carry me through. It has enough power to run day-to-day tasks, it looks beautiful and it doesn’t cost so much. The idea that the Asus VivoBook 15 X515EA packs power to power you through a few years makes this an enticing laptop for work and college.

You can’t expect a laptop that costs almost £300/$380 to be perfect. That’s not why the VivoBook 15 exists. Buying laptops that cost less than $500 comes down to weighing the pros and cons and finding the right device for your needs. In that frame, the VivoBook is fairly well-rounded in terms of features and features; however, its latest upgrade, the ASUS VivoBook 15 X515EA is money better spent. The screen is thankfully 1920 x 1080 for a far clearer picture than HD, though it lacks the same vibrancy of its ZenBook siblings, and maxes at 200 nits. The screen is perfectly usable when paired with the Core i3 CPU, and you’ll have no issues with word processing, emails, heavy web browsing, and streaming.

The ASUS Vivobook 15 cuts a few corners to keep its cost down. The laptop’s display is dull, and its design would benefit from more premium materials and lively colours. On the other hand, the laptop’s performance is right up there with laptops that cost a couple thousand bucks more. It’s clear then, that the Vivobook 15 is geared toward folks who want the most bang for their buck. I, for one, always implore budget-conscious buyers to prioritise a laptop’s performance as it will make or break their experience. For everything else, there’s an accessory you can upgrade to down the line. As such, the Vivobook 15, despite its niggles, gets a thumbs up from me.

Karty z tej kategorii są w stanie pociągnąć płynnie najnowsze gry, ale

nie ze wszystkimi opcjami i nie w wysokiej rozdzielczości. Szczególnie
