Intel Core i5-11320H
Intel Core i5-11320H to średniej klasy SoC dla cienkich i lekkich laptopów do gier oraz mobilnych stacji roboczych. Bazuje on na odświeżonej generacji Tiger Lake H35 i zostanie ogłoszony w 3. kwartale 2021 roku. Integruje cztery rdzenie procesora Willow Cove (8 wątków dzięki HyperThreading). Bazowa prędkość zegara zależy od ustawienia TDP i może wynosić od 2,5 (28 W TDP) do 3,2 GHz (35 W). Podkręcenie jednego i dwóch rdzeni pod obciążeniem może osiągnąć nawet 4,5 GHz. Wszystkie cztery rdzenie mogą osiągnąć do 4,3 GHz. Pamięć podręczna L3 została zmniejszona do 8 MB w porównaniu do 12 MB w wyższych modelach i7.
Dzięki lepszemu taktowaniu, różnica w wydajności w stosunku do szybszego i7-11370H powinna być dość niewielka. I7 nadal oferuje wyższe prędkości Turbo dla pojedynczego i dwóch rdzeni oraz więcej pamięci podręcznej L3.
SoC zawiera również ulepszoną kartę graficzną Kartę graficzną Xe z 96 jednostkami CU taktowaną zegarem do 1350 MHz.
Co więcej, SoC Tiger Lake dodają obsługę PCIe 4 (cztery tory), sprzętową akcelerację AI oraz częściową integrację Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 i Wi-Fi 6 w chipie.
Chip produkowany jest w ulepszonym 10nm procesie technologicznym (zwanym 10nm SuperFin) Intela, który powinien być porównywalny z 7nm procesem technologicznym TSMC (np. seria Ryzen 4000).
