Mediatek Dimensity 6020

Mediatek Dimensity 6020 to SoC niższej klasy ze zintegrowanym modemem 5G. Zawiera dwa szybkie rdzenie ARM Cortex-A76 o taktowaniu do 2,2 GHz i sześć energooszczędnych rdzeni Cortex-A55 o taktowaniu do 2 GHz (Octa-Core z Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Specyfikacje są podobne do starych Dimensity 700 SoC.

Co więcej, układ integruje 2-rdzeniowy procesor graficzny ARM Mali-G57 MC2, modem Wi-Fi 5, kontroler pamięci LPDDR4x-2133, jednostkę przetwarzania AI (APU 3.0) oraz de- i kodowanie wideo.

Dimensity 6020 jest produkowany w starszym procesie technologicznym 7 nm, podobnie jak Dimensity 700.
