UNISOC T7225

Unisoc Tiger T612 (dawniej Spreadtrum) to podstawowy ośmiordzeniowy SoC z dwoma szybkimi rdzeniami ARM Cortex A75 o taktowaniu do 1,8 GHz i sześcioma energooszczędnymi rdzeniami ARM Cortex A55 o taktowaniu do 1,8 GHz. SoC zawiera ponadto modem LTE (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), kontroler pamięci LPDDR3-933 / LPDDR4/4X-1600, układ graficzny Procesor graficzny ARM Mali G52MP1 o taktowaniu 614 MHz i trójrdzeniowy ISP (24, 8 i 8 MPikseli maks.). W porównaniu do starszego Unisoc T610t612 oferuje jeden rdzeń GPU mniej (G52 MC1 w porównaniu do MC2).

Układ produkowany jest w TSMC w 12nm FinFET.
