UNISOC T7280 (T620)

Unisoc Tiger T7280 (T620) (dawniej Unisoc T620) to podstawowy ośmiordzeniowy SoC z dwoma szybkimi rdzeniami ARM Cortex A75 o taktowaniu do 2,2 GHz i sześcioma energooszczędnymi rdzeniami ARM Cortex A55 o taktowaniu do 1,8 lub 2 GHz. SoC zawiera ponadto modem LTE (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), kontroler pamięci LPDDR4x 1866 MHz oraz procesor graficzny ARM Mali G57MP1 (maks. 850 MHz) i dwurdzeniowy ISP (obsługa 24 i 8 MPikseli). Układ produkowany jest w TSMC w 12nm FinFET.

W porównaniu do starszego Unisoc T619, T620 oferuje te same specyfikacje na papierze.
