Testy warunków skrajnych

Podczas testu FurMark w rozdzielczości 1280 x 720 bez AA widzimy, że TUF Gaming RTX 4070 Ti w pełni wykorzystuje swój 285 W TGP i pracuje ze średnią częstotliwością 2,613 MHz, a czasami osiąga maksymalne podbicie 2,640 MHz. Zwiększenie mocy TGP do 314 W powoduje wzrost zegarów do 2,715 MHz, a średnia wartość to 2,687 MHz. Ma to jedynie minimalny wpływ na temperaturę punktów gorących GPU, która może wzrosnąć do 83 °C.

Stressing the GPU with The Witcher 3 at 1080p Ultra presents a more real-world scenario. Tutaj widzimy, że nie ma praktycznie żadnej różnicy w różnych parametrach GPU pomiędzy 285 W a 314 TGP. Dzieje się tak dlatego, że Ada nie polega na samych limitach mocy, aby podbić zegary. W tym przypadku RTX 4070 Ti jest w stanie osiągnąć częstotliwość boost 2,880 MHz przy około 246 W samodzielnie.
